MTAP (Multidimensional Task Ability Profile) tool is designed to be used at the start of treatment.   It supports

  • Evidence-based practice
  • Quantification of functional outcomes  

This tool focuses on efficacy of interventions to resolve disability.   It gathers the clinical information based on the patient ability and perception of it to enrich the initial assessment process.
